Carmen Sandiego: Where in Time Is She? is a multiplatform video game in which players must travel across time to gather clues and warrants in order to apprehend Carmen Sandiego or her minions. The purpose of this game is to track down Carmen's antagonists across history, apprehend them, and eventually apprehend Carmen herself.
